One-on-One Tutoring with Reading Partners Baltimore

Reading Partners Baltimore is a children’s literacy nonprofit that mobilizes community volunteers to provide students with one-on-one reading support. The organization serves hundreds of students in grades K-4 across 14 city elementary schools as they progress on their path to reading on grade level.

In the face of opportunity-gaps exacerbated by COVID-19, Reading Partners Baltimore’s work is more critical than ever. If you’re ready to empower a student with the literacy support they deserve, become a volunteer tutor with Reading Partners! No previous experience is required to volunteer with Reading Partners, simply a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow alongside your student. All training and materials are provided, Reading Partners will cover the cost of your in-person background check, and online and in-person tutoring opportunities are available.
