Underground Railroad Exhibit Volunteer In 2021, the B&O Railroad Museum became an officially designated Underground Railroad site. 27 freedom seekers are known to have used the B&O Railroad system to flee slavery, 8 of whom passed directly through the Mount Clare Station, where the Museum is located.
