Civic Works Volunteer
There are a variety of ways you can volunteer with Civic Works to make a difference in Baltimore. Volunteer at Real Food Farm - We are always looking for individuals and groups to volunteer at our urban farm. We have regularly scheduled volunteer hours every Wednesday from 9am - 12pm and every second and third Saturday of the month from 9am - 12pm. Join us to support the expansion of Midtown’s tree canopy. Bolton Hill Community Association and Midtown Community Benefits District are co-hosting a volunteer tree planting event from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, October 28th. There will be trained tree keepers on staff to provide directions and tools provided for planting. We’ll split volunteering into teams, and complete plantings throughout the neighborhood. Volunteers will help Rich Foundation Reaching Innocent Children Hearts raise funds to do more youth programming for our inner city youth that deal with everyday stressors like violence, trauma and oppression.
