SIGN UP: Brooklyn Homes Community Response Service Provider Shifts
SIGN UP for Response Shifts: Over the next 45 days representatives from city agencies, community-based organizations and other stakeholders are encouraged to use this form to sign up for shifts to provide direct services, on the ground in Brooklyn. Shifts can be taken Monday-Friday during a 4 hour block time-frame (10am-2pm) and (3pm-7pm). The following vending and support categories are needed however, others are welcome.
