Moveable Feast
The mission of Moveable Feast is to improve the health of Marylanders experiencing food insecurity and chronic illness by preparing and delivering medically tailored meals and providing nutrition education, thereby achieving racial, social, and health equity. Our vision is a Maryland where people come together to feed people, fight disease, and foster hope. Currently, Moveable Feast’s kitchen program has two shifts available during the week: Monday through Friday from 8am-11:30am and Monday-Thursday from 12:30pm-2:30pm, up to 15 volunteers per shift.…

The Reginald Lewis Museum is seeking volunteers to assist with welcoming tour groups, Thursdays - Mondays from 10 AM -1 PM. These volunteers are not tour guides but would assist in greeting groups, giving general information about the Museum and assisting in the galleries as needed. Duncan Street Miracle Garden is a half-acre food garden, covering the 1800 block of Duncan Street. The garden grows a large variety of fruits and vegetables. The food is donated to the local homeless population, churches, and soup kitchens. We are in need of assistance to maintain the space through the winter season.
