Volunteer Opportunity – Maryland Food Bank

The Maryland Food Bank welcomes individuals and groups and to come volunteer with them. If you are signing up as an individual, please sign up at: https://mdfoodbank.rosterfy.com/login.
All group inquiries can be directed to volunteer@mdfoodbank.org. Maryland Food Bank is able to host groups large than 30 volunteers, but for such reservations, please reach out to the Senior Manager of Volunteer Programs.

Physical requirements vary by activity, so check the shift descriptions. At a minimum, volunteers must be able to stand for up to the 2.5 hours and lift up to 35 pounds.
