DESCRIPTION:UMB’s newest k-12 partner\, Mother Mary Lange Catholic School\, conveniently located just across MLK Boulevard is looking for volunteer career speakers to come and present to girls in STEM and STEAM Clubs (girls in grades 6-8).  Please consider coming out to share information about your chosen career with our future! \nOur goal is to have a speaker on each calendar date that the club meets (October 20th\, 27th November 3rd\, 10th\, and 17th). Girls in STEM Club meet every Thursday from 3:15pm – 4:00pm at Mother Mary Lange Catholic School. \nDuring that time\, presenters provide career information and an engagement activity for students.  Please contact STEM Programs Coordinator Dr. Cynthia Tilghman-Lee for details. \n
