Key Responsibilities:

– Greet and assist clients as they select clothing and accessories.

– Offer guidance based on individual needs, preferences, and available inventory.

– Create a safe, nonjudgmental environment that encourages client choice and respect.

– Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming shopping area.

– Replenish shelves and alert staff to low inventory or supply needs.

– Communicate any client concerns or special requests to the supervisor.

– Uphold confidentiality and treat all individuals with compassion and dignity.
