DESCRIPTION:Responsibilities:\nGreet visitors in a welcoming and professional manner\nEnsure clients and volunteers sign in\nManage and direct visitors\, guests and clients and notify staff of guests’ arrival\nAnswer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate staff\nInform visitors or callers of the services that MND offers\nRegister potential clients for appropriate program opportunities\nDistribute mail to appropriate staff\nManage N.O.W. drop in computer lab hours by having clients register and notifying lab volunteers of their arrival during open lab hours \nRequirements:\nMust have at least one year work or volunteer experience as a receptionist\nDevelop a working knowledge of all services provided at MND\nBasic computer and typing skills needed\nMust be customer service and detail oriented\nMust have ability to use a multi-line phone console or be trained\nMust have the ability to communicate clearly\, interact with a diverse population and remain flexible to the needs of the staff\, volunteers and clients \n
